Clik here to view.Hampshire Police have released an e-fit of man connected with an incident where an elderly couple in their 70s were conned out of almost £2,000.
The incident took place this time last month in Eversley, Hampshire; an unknown man approached the couples home and asked if they would like their driveway resurfacing. The couple agreed to pay £1,800 for the driveway improvements and signed a contract with the bogus tradesman.
The man then proceeded to leave the house and returned at around 8pm that night accompanied by two other men to complete the work. When the couple awoke in the morning, they were faced with a driveway nightmare, instead of resurfacing the area, the men had covered their driveway with pea shingle, which had then been smoothed and sprayed with some kind of black solution.
